You may have such abundance that you may think that you don't need anything. And that same day, you might not realize, the next day, you may deny it and the other day, full of arrogance, and spite, you will shout full voice:

"Who wants that nonsense? Y have the force of the wind, the strength of the mountain, the bravura of fire, the mystery of the stars, the vitality of the sun. What do I need if I have all this and much more?"
You may have all that in abundance, but the day that your madness ends, you will awaken and will be like a withered flower, with not even a petal left. Your soul will be naked showing the bones. Then, you will not have voice left to declare your fortune and it might not have any value. Because there are some things in life that are priceless and cannot be bought. Things that are necessary and fundamental and that by work and grace of the Creator make us what we are: Human beings.
What do we need, that when we lose this, we miss it as the same life? Affection.

God loves the Family

Every relationship will go through stages -very serious at times; it is important to understand this, since at some point, we will live difficult situations. The only thing that will allow us to overcome them, will be to have faith, to pray, to be patient and to give as much Love as we can.

An extreme situation is when all seems to be lost, confused and finished, nevertheless, this is only the beginning, although it may be the end for many, because they have not been able to endure and to give not only their best but also their true sacrifice. Few are the persons who truly love, they may say so, but they lose the capacity of waiting, tolerating, forgiving. And the key word here is: Conciliation.

Many times, we may have felt violence, frustration and incompatibility. Let's imagine that we have planted

fruit trees, we have given them, our best care and effort and we have the illusion of harvesting the fruits but we find that nothing happens, and we find that even the plants have withered and our efforts seem lost.

Some persons, will abandon everything and will not be able to continue, but those who truly love, will find how to take better care of their fields and then, some day, they will see them filled with fruits and their hearts will be filled with happiness. They will realize that miracles do exist when we are able of waiting, of having confidence, of trusting, even of undergoing and suffering bitterness without allowing them to poison us.

How sad is the image of a divided family! There is nothing as painful as that, no matter how many explanations or justifications may be, whether we think that we are right or not, when a family is not able to give all that is needed, it is comparable to a ship that will never arrive to its destination. Because their lives have been uprooted because they don't realize that their most important priority is to know that God moves and manifests in the family.

What will happen to all the members of a divided family? They will be like a mutilated body. What is the reason of ignoring this truth?

We may try to do other things, we may think that we will be happier or that there is no possible solution.

It will be like becoming blind, deaf and mute, like losing arms, feet, heart and reason.

What is the reason that when we unite, embrace, truly love, the wind may take everything? But what the wind, not even death, can take away, is the union and the family love. Who can deny this truth? Who is capable of not seen this reality? Then, if you are capable of appreciating something so simple, so near, as your own life, open up more and you will be able to understand what is truly great and wonderful. But all this will only happen if in the center of your heart, of your life, and of the life of your family, Jesus is. And you must learn from Him, how to love, sacrifice, honor, surrender and to give your best.

Then, although everything seems opposed, have faith, because God loves you and above all, He loves the family. Love Him, too.

She and the Other One. For Reflection

The sun gloriously went out in the morning and when She looked out the window, said:
-How repugnant is the light! While the Other One was grateful to life.
The morning went on with the singing of the birds and when She heard them, said:
-Noisy and fastidious animals.
While the Other one, enjoyed in silence, listening how the birds of the sky, were expressing their joy, and their singing was telling her, that the sky and the rain brought happiness and she said: This is also a song that not only brings happiness to the hearts but also nourishes the earth. How beautiful is the rain!
The afternoon went on and the night arrived and the stars with her.
-Small pieces of light, insignificant little stars, you would better be darkness, said She
-Welcome, my friends, my dreams, my emotions, you are so pretty and beautiful and above all things, you are always there, so we can contemplate you, said the Other One.
It happened that Death and Life had to choose that day, whom, they will take and we can understand what happened. Life wanted to claim and rescue both, but Death said:
-Life, let's not have a discussion, my dear sister, because another mornings will come, let's both take what's ours. And so they did. And the next morning, there was only one voice of life heard:
-How beautiful is the light of the morning!

Ascending the Mountain

You may not comprehend me, you may not understand me yet. You may think that my words are not sweet but bitter.

You may question the reason for ascending such a high mountain and I would like to say, that only when you can look from the mountain top, you will be able to contemplate the depth of the valley and also, you will not be so far away from heaven, and then it will no longer be an inexplicable mystery but you will understand everything.

You will touch the mystery with your hands, and your eyes will see the light. Therefore, you will not fear the night since you will know that darkness is passing and besides, loneliness will not intimidate you any more because you will know that you were born from the Creative Word and that your consciousness is beautiful as light.

The effort to reach infinity is usually painful since is more than physical .

All this happens because you are forging your being, you are discovering what you denied before, and now is awakening within you . It is a flame, a tongue of fire, which becomes brighter and greater and demands that you awake from the dream.

And it says : Wake up, the light may seem to blind you, but is only trying to enlighten your path with Peace and Love .

It will not be easy and maybe you will not be able to grasp it now, but, I will be by your side, taking care of your steps, sending away the shadows of the path, because I know that you will reach your destiny, beyond the stars .

Love is a true science, not easy to understand, to realize, since when it looks for you and it finds you, it asks for and demands all . But please know and keep this in your heart : What he asks , what he wants , is only , Love for you and in you…eternally .

The Heart of Stone

The look of that person, speaks to me about a lost world, hurt feelings, deep confusions, a wounded heart. It is a soul who goes around in the world, suffering and crying out that his heart is of stone. It does not want, not for a moment to sense what he feels. It is a force that burns, drowns and accuses. He surrenders in his heart to the greatest terrible expressions. And he says to himself: ” I do not want to feel, to live, I do not want that the most powerful force of the universe touches me with its light. My past frustrations plunged me in the darkness, where, I have the security of the nothing. I have a heart of stone, which is harder than steel, colder than a universe of ice because I keep in it a secret, a secret of Love, which I want to contain, to trap, to asphyxiate because it reminds me that I have life, that there is blood under my skin, that the passion raises me, that the desire consumes me and the tenderness fascinates me. But I chain myself and at the same time, I escape. I fill myself with thorns, I surround myself with monsters and I get together with trash. And in this way, I allow to feel the dignity. I bury myself under everything and under nothing. I want to hide my face because I want to flee from True Love.
My heart is of stone, it has become hard and even in front of the powerful ones, its power is stronger because I do not want to let know that an angel of light inhabits inside.
My heart is of stone and to my surprise, it is a transparent diamond, where the light is reflected. This light liberates me of doubts and fears and I can no longer avoid it; this heart of stone is a heart of light. It is translucent and crystalline. I can’t avoid it since the tear of Love has penetrated deeply and only in it and through it, I will know the reality of my being. My heart is of stone, of a precious stone, which wants to surrender, you only have to come and look for it.”

Does God abandon us?

The history of humanity shows that man and God -many times, seem to abandon each other, but it is certain that as much as man exists, God also exists and life is a process to know Him, to know us, to find, discover and be united. But there are rules, norms, foundations and laws. In order to know God, is necessary to open to Him, allowing Him to be our guide, the captain of the ship of our life, the torch of light, that illuminates our darkness and to ask Him to be the wisdom in our lives. But God is much more.
God is not hidden in an image, or in the force of nature. God is known through an spiritual experience of Love and Love must be completely consequent.
If I don't look for true Love, the Love of God, His peace, presence, direction, then, I can't find Him. I can't find Him in violence, or lies, or hate, rancor or indifference towards my fellow men. I will find God in fidelity to Love, in mercy, compassion, reflection, even in the sacred sacrifice, where we offer the best of ourselves.
Prayer, by example, is essential in order to know God. The knowledge of God, also is, in some way, to move away from evil. God wants to invest us within, with sensibility, tenderness and humility.
God is faithful, nobody is as faithful as He is and his Love is infinite. We know this by faith, but not a faith based on dead word or written word, we know Him, with faith, in the active experience of the practice, always renewed with devotion and compassion.
Faith is the experience of growing in Love, living the Love, not only looking at it, contemplating or studying from far but from near, as near that we will know that God lives as the Lord of our life, heart, actions, feelings and thoughts.
God will never abandon us but we might think that when awful things happen, that God either has abandoned us or He is punishing us, but in truth, God is always sustaining the life of the whole universe, calling us to communicate with Him, in the experience of saintliness, in the acknowledgement of His Great Love that forgives everything and invites us to be part of Him and with Him.
The most important point of the spiritual experience is the Love of the Father to the Son and of the Son to the Father.
Jesus is the truth, the life, and the way. Those who feel abandoned by God, is that they don't know Jesus. When they look for him, their lives will open like a book and He will guide and accompany them.
There are no promises of greatness and riches of the material world but there is more greatness and riches in the spiritual world which will abound and there will be peace and Love. And with these foundations of life, life will be conquered, every suffering will be overcome and every sensation of abandonment will be left behind because God will never abandon us since His Love never ends.
Jesus, Jesus, I clamor for You and I claim in You, Truth and the whole life. You are the promise of Love, You are my only destiny, you are all my Love.

A Letter of Love

In the good times, we noisily toast with champagne and music; the letters of love are coming and going but in the difficult times, they all leave, nobody looks at you, nobody smiles and in their memories, you start fading just as the footprints by the shore of the sea.
The waves of events diminish your presence and you gradually become invisible. The only letters that you receive are the ones that you don't receive, such as farewell, silence and loneliness.
It happens that life starts to wither and becomes as a stone by the side of the road that most push or kick and who knows where that stone will end? But a letter arrived, a letter of Love that said: "I love you with a Love that grows and that does not have limits, that embraces you, that kisses your forehead and wants to remind you that although the times may be hard and difficult, I am with you, I don't abandon you, I believe in you. Don't worry too much, keep on going, believe in Love."
And the person, reading this short but profound letter, dried the tears and started reflecting about his life. How many things, he had gone through! How many promises, how much music he stopped listening to, all abandoned him, but who was the one signing this beautiful letter of hope, illusion, faith and Love?
He read again the letter and he understood that he would be successful that everything will change to good and progress, which he will not lose again. This letter had illuminated his hope and had given him strength. Although, he had experienced many problems and all had abandoned him, he would start all over again.
And the ending of the letter said: " I Love you, I Love you, I will never stop loving you."
And it was signed: " Your Father, God."

Life is not a coincidence. We don't have a predetermined destiny and we are not supposed to simply survive.
We are beings created by True Love, we have a wonderful potential to live in abundance and this means that there is a talent or many natural, spiritual talents, which we have to develop and experience such as friendship, generosity, wisdom. These experiences of life, will give us the answer to our purpose in life and also the wisdom to realize superior goals. Let's use time in a clear, concise and correct way. We have to understand that we are centers of energy and our will attracts good or bad. We learn from every new moment and the most important teaching is that we are living reflections of Divine Love.
Peace, harmony, good health and progress are real and natural, even, healthy spiritual aspirations. Let's reflect and let's do the right actions and let's not live only to pass through. Let's enjoy learning and let's concentrate our attention in every detail of existence, in order to have gratitude to the Creator, to life, and to our fellow beings. This relationship is very simple, but very valuable and can become a treasure in our life.
The persons who appreciate time and space are conscious that every moment is as eternity and eternity is as every moment. The difference is in the Love that we put in our actions . Peace.

Values: Tolerance and Love

Some persons think that happiness is found in tolerance. And this is important, but is only the first part. Since, is like saying : I have two eyes on my face, one to see the good, and the other the bad. I have two hands, with one I try to do good, and with the other to do bad. I have two feet, one of them takes me to the right path and the other to the wrong path. But I only have one heart and I can't divide or separate it, and in truth I don't know which way to go. Tolerance, by itself, is blind and deaf, like a night without stars or a withered flower condemned to die. True tolerance is effective when is joined to Love, then, it does not tolerate out of tolerance, but out of Love. And Love is never passive but active and always in search of good.
Then, tolerance and Love form an alliance, maintain a methodology and always bring Peace.
Tolerance alone is a plastic and cold smile but with Love is fraternity, friendship, comradeship, justice, peace and victory.

Inner Growth is the force that awakens, grows, strenghtens and matures in a very special way although each heart always has quite long moments that seem an eternity.

Thus, Inner Growth may seem to be an unattainable effort, it is not something simple, it is not as to read a book and to learn the story by heart. Nevertheless it is something that supports us so we can resist the most terrible and tremendous times and help us to make the correct decisions. Sometimes there will be no gain but there also will be less loss and sometimes there will be so much gain and so much balance as well, that the gained power will not make us sick.
Inner Growth is the result of a existential crisis, a reckless war between good and evil, a bloody battle within ourselves with dead and wounded, with tears and laughter, resistance of resistance. It is the moment where control, balance and judgment seem to go insane but suddenly, a Superior Calm arrives, that only Faith and Love are able to offer.
Who dies for love? Who can forgive his enemies? Who can give his possessions to the thieves? For some it will seem as abandonment, madness, disappointment, fanaticism or obsession, but Inner Growth is what gives - by example, the capacity to serve, to forgive, to smile, even when they have offended us, and even if the moments are difficult to live.
Inner Growth happens when man opens his heart to Love and not to any love but to the Love of God and even though the circumstances in appearance might be, terminal, irreparable, there will always be a strength that will shake heaven and earth because we are free in the freedom based on not to choose hate or resentment.
What excellent, sublime force, what exquisite perfume the one that emanates of Inner Growth !
For the mystic is devotion, for the man of the world in its better expression is: Honesty, reason, justice, discipline and courage.
Inner Growth is the soul reaching maturity, the shared in common life, the spiritual, simple and humble life. Nevertheless, it is rich in the gifts of surrender, charity and on the awareness of the Superior Truth.

The human soul sometimes is too afflicted, too wounded in order to ask for help and makes her highest and last effort and surrenders to the feet of the cross.
Lord, you who suffered and suffer the pain because of Love. You who are pure and innocent and immolate yourself, please Lord, do not forget that there is a sinner in front of you who wants to change. Save me Lord and fulfill the will of Love. Take me from the calvary to redemption and make me Lord, a new being. Loneliness, white washed bones under the sun's light.With no skin to cover neither heart to give life .
Oh loneliness ! you are colder than winter, nevertheless you go deeper than a dagger that wounds life . And you burn, in sucha a way that even hope, you turn to ashes . How deep your look is but all the same it says nothing . You have the unmoving power of great differences . You are presence and absence at the same time . Your presence covers everything and also it seems to despise it all .
When you give me your hand , life leaves and you bring new life which is neither light nor color . On the contrary , it is loneliness , dark night of the soul , flute that no one will play, mirror that no one will reflect,
flower that no one will appreciate .
Loneliness has the power of breaking everything but it is not insolent power but enfolding magic that seems
related to death . You are cold kiss, you are dead bird, withered tree, anguish voice, a call , a clamor
that no one will listen to .
Loneliness, you certainly are the all of the nothing, last dwelling of darkness . A place where those who forgot the importance of loving will end .

It is important to make clear that the spiritual love is not a torment or sacrifice. Love makes everything with tenderness. Many times, we hear that the spiritual life is a life filled with sacrifices. But I think that the spiritual life is a romance with God and with nature, with life itself. But the spiritual life is never a tragedy, a complaint or a deep sorrow.

What is this? God does not feed on our pain. He does not need that we prove anything. He has created us by Love and He has placed us in this wonderful universe and not to curse our humanity. He made us men and women, but he did not castrate us. These are fanatical inventions. Of course, God is not a man and of course, God is God and he expects that every day we are the specie that we really are and not pretend that the species change of identity.

But here, the subject is spiritual maturity and everything is relevant. I am not better, because I wear a robe or because I boast about my power. The idea is not to be better or worse. The idea is to Love, truly love, and never hurt others.

I think that God glorifies in a balanced consciousness and in a compassionate and honest feeling. There is no glory or authority in believing that I am superior. My value is to be the same as others. My spiritual maturity is to clearly distinguish between good and evil. The development of this subject, has gone through many comments. But the spiritual maturity is like that, is here today and tomorrow will be there. We can’t say only one thing because they form a whole and because the human being moves in many areas, goes into many places.

To be mature is to Love. Let’s respect life and let’s take care of nature and then, we will know what peace is. Otherwise, we will be surrounded by many things, but these will be our cage and we will be buying our own prison, where we will never find peace. Let’s change and let’s try to understand that our world is alive and as such, we must treat it.

We are been left without Nature. As specie, we don’t appreciate the importance of a true life. I don’t want to awake one day and to listen or to read the following:

” The last tree has died. We can see its exhibition in the museum. It has been many years now that the species have died. Man has become a machine instead of a real being.”

Is this the progress that we want for our children? Do we want to prolong and to live life, in such a way? There is nothing worse than not to know our true need. Our need is not to kill, but to honor. Peace must be cultivated and honored. We must get in love with Peace. And of course, this is only the beginning of how to know to mature.

The Eternal Reality

More than a reflection, is a prayer. More than a prayer, is spiritual communion. If we unite all these processes, we turn this into a being, which is true and real.

Time passes but the good and holy works, will stay even beyond the end of the times. Because what has been delivered to us with Love, is a full, spiritual life and nothing can kill it. I am referring to one of the aspects, of the dimension of the experience, of the spiritual life, in the work of a living faith. Another aspect is, that this realization promises and is reached when man embraces faith and also embraces the foundation, of the spiritual victory. Then, he also knows the sacrifice of Love for the realization of Truth. Because is very certain and necessary to know that there are many paths in the world, which are different and far opposites, but what is always needed is to abandon evil completely.
In these times, when humanity seems to forget the foundations of surrender, charity and sacrifice. Let's reflect about what is essential.
Life is not a chimera. Life is, and always will be, a path of light, fraternity and surrender. Man has to walk towards eternity, by going deeper into worthy and sovereign truths. Love does not have frontiers. Love is the only and eternal reality.

Handling Resentment. For Reflection

We often have experiences where we may experiment resentment and then, it may seem that we have enough causes, reasons and motives. The mind -as fire, turns on -in a moment, the firmament.

After some hours, maybe days, we get our sanity back, but very often, it is too late, because we have burned, based on our pride, vanity, arrogance or whatever reasons that we want to use to justify. We burned our own home and now we have the ashes of our loved ones in our hands because the hatred and unconsciousness blinded us.
Do we want to hurt the loved one? Are our reasons valid to tear the delicate veil of trust, confidence, friendship? What will happen tomorrow? Will we go to sleep next to a calcified cadaver? Can we plant on burned soil? Will we feed on smoky food? When facing violence, let’s use the superior intelligence, the humble sacrifice that rises with victory and the flag of tolerance and understanding.
Jesus taught us to present the other cheek and to forgive seventy-seven times, not because his Love was obsessive or insane but because his Love always was and will be, sincere, real and true. And at the end of times, I do not want to cry resentments or experiment losses, I want to smile and to embrace my loved ones. Today, I promise, that I will put aside conflicts, I will throw away the weapons, I will uproot the rancor and I will always give my best.

If there was no sun, the earth would be cold and abandoned but with the sun, there is warmth, light and clarity. But if I was blind, I could not perceive this glory, I could not comprehend about color and depth, or about the difference between night and day.
Then, there is not only the sun or the light, not only my eyes but my capacity to appreciate. And all this would begin not only with the appreciation of the outer side as the starting point but the appreciation of my inner self. If I don’t have confidence, I will not look at the horizon and will not be able to distinguish and much less to know the value of spring, the profound, poetic, mystic and completely real meaning of life.
If I don’t have self affection and self love, I will not be able to love.
How can I appreciate? This is the beginning.
Now, as the second step: The confidence, the security that is built, that is shared, must be developed to the point that we become very close.
I have to believe in the world because it surrounds me with its land, its people, its food, its strength, its peace. And as a vision of solidarity, my blood must be the blood of the people and I must answer to their presence, with happiness and concern. Because if I did not believe, I would not have neither history nor presence. I could never picture myself in the future of others. And it happens when I take refuge in their eyes, in their soul and my soul. Then, confidence is the second step.
The third, necessarily is Love. But the steps don’t have to be separated or one after the other since they are as a flower and its color and aroma that beautify the morning, which brings clarity and expansion and dissipates the shadows. The dew that brings moist to the fields as little diamonds of light in the prairies.
If I don’t love, if I don’t feel, then I don’t exist. I would become useless and will not be able to take, to bring. If I can’t give, I can’t receive confidence, credibility, solidarity and Universal Love, which are the paths to meet God.

Positive is everything that edifies or constructs and is part of a sustainable and lasting good. The mind is able to sustain, maintain and produce positive energy when the heart has something like a flame, where wisdom prevails. Without this presence, even the light of the day would be darkness. For that reason, joy must always be present in the heart. Then, the mind and the thought will flourish with enthusiasm and good disposition.
A positive mind is a courageous mind, that takes the channel of life, as if it was a rough river but as expert navigator and without doubts and fears uses the experience and wisdom to give the best of himself. And if the day comes for sadness and melancholy to touch his door, then, his positivism will say : “You have arrived to the place of enthusiasm and here spring blooms, the bird sings and the flower opens every morning ”
And he also will say : ” Today, sadness and melancholy are going to be changed because a positive mind, transmits its enthusiasm and removes the pain. There is only place for love here because, we build, here we embrace. We give the care, the tenderness and all the best. We nourish hope and illusions for a better tomorrow ”
The positive thought is a commitment, is the union with life. And beyond everything, what is good will last forever.
